In short

KOR: The Last Spark (the "Game") is a single-player game. There are no accounts, sign-ups or logins. The game does not collect your name, email, phone number or location. The game does not run its own server.

Stored on your device

Your level progress, death counts, language, sound and vibration settings and your "No ads" purchase status are stored only on your own device. They are never sent to us. Deleting the game deletes them.

Contact form

If you use the contact form on the site, the name, email address and message you send are kept on the site so we can reply. They are not shared with anyone else. Write to support@yazgacstudio.com if you want a message deleted.

Ads (Google AdMob)

The game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and process information such as your advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), IP address, device model, operating system, language and ad interactions. This data is processed directly by Google under Google's policies; we do not have access to it. Details: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

Consent and choices

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the game shows Google's consent form on first launch, where you can accept or refuse personalised ads. You can change this later in Settings > Privacy Policy > Ad choices. On iPhone and iPad, tracking permission is requested through Apple's own prompt and can be changed in Settings > Privacy > Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. If you do not consent, ads may still be shown, but they will not be personalised.

Purchases

The "No ads" purchase is made through Google Play or the App Store. Your payment details are handled only by Google or Apple; we never see your card or payment information.

Children

The game is not specifically directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Children under 13 should play with a parent's supervision.

Your rights (GDPR)

We keep no personal data about your play. To ask for a contact-form message to be deleted, write to support@yazgacstudio.com. You can exercise your rights over the data Google processes for ads through Google: https://myadcenter.google.com

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page in the game.
